  • There is a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your day. This gets you officially on my calendar.
  • If you are unable to make your session then the deposit will act as a cancellation fee.
  • If Precious Shotz cannot do the shoot due to illness, or other casualty then the photographer/videographer will return the retainer fee to the client.
  • If a deposit was made, the remaining balance MUST be paid before or the day of the session.
  • Payments can be made in the form of cash, cash app, zelle, or apple pay (Cash is preferred)
  • A personal online gallery will be sent to you within 24-48 hours after the session.
  • Once you receive your photos you will select your favorites to be edited.
  • I do not send out raw (unedited) photos.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days (not including weekends) from the date your favorites are selected. For large events timing may vary
  • All sessions include a certain amount of edits. Any additional photos can be edited and returned for $20/photo.
  • A rush fee of $100 will be added to packages that request a 48 hour turnaround.
  • Precious Shotz has the rights to take photographs, videotape, or digital recordings of me during the session, and exclusively for the purpose of promoting Precious Shotz and its service.
  • If you do not wish to have your photos posted or before photos posted please notify me and I will keep the images in my personal client file only**
  • For videos allow up to 7 business days for completion. For longer videos time may vary.
  • Please allow at least 24 hours to respond to form
